Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with clients and manage their expectations.
• Collaborate with freelancers and coordinate their activities.
• Book freelancers and manage interview schedules.
• Onboard clients and candidates.
• Post jobs for agencies and e-commerce brands.
• Utilize tools like Slack and Airtable for efficient workflow management.
  

Qualifications

Must Haves:

• Proven experience as a Customer Success Manager in e-commerce or DTC environments.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in using Slack, Airtable, and Shopify.
• Ability to work within the CET timezone.
• Experience in client onboarding and job posting.

Nice to Haves:

• Previous experience working with e-commerce brands.
• Familiarity with other project management and communication tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and freelancers simultaneously.
