Role Summary:
As a ServiceNow Independent Consultant for R5 Labs, you’ll be the point of contact for the Clients to implement, optimize, and expand ServiceNow solutions. You will play a key role in understanding client needs, designing tailored solutions, and ensuring effective ServiceNow implementation from start to finish. Key Responsibilities:
- Solution Design and Implementation: Lead the end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow solutions, from requirements gathering and design to configuration, testing, and deployment, specifically for EMEA clients.
- Platform Customization: Tailor ServiceNow modules to align with customer-specific needs, including ITSM, ITOM, CSM, GRC, and HAM, depending on project requirements.
- Consulting and Advisory: Provide expert-level guidance and consulting to clients, helping them leverage ServiceNow’s capabilities to meet business goals and maximize ROI.
- Process Optimization: Analyze and optimize business processes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the ServiceNow platform for each client.
- Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders, including technical and non-technical teams, to ensure seamless project execution and optimal client satisfaction.
- ServiceNow Expertise: 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Consultant, with hands-on experience across core modules (ITSM, ITOM, GRC, and CSM). Experience in hardware or software asset management is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript, REST/SOAP integrations, and ServiceNow workflows and automations. Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications in relevant ServiceNow modules are strongly preferred.
- Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects or tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical solutions to business stakeholders.
- Remote Collaboration: Experience working with clients within the EMEA region, with a proactive approach to communication and project updates.
- Language: English speaking is mandatory.
Nice to have
- Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required; additional certifications (CIS in ITSM, ITOM, GRC, CSM, HAM, or similar) are highly advantageous.
