Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service to Spanish-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and order processing in a friendly and professional manner.
• Resolve any customer issues or complaints effectively, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions accurately and maintain detailed records for follow-up.
• Share product knowledge and make personalized recommendations to enhance the customer experience.

• Actively engage with customers to build strong relationships and foster brand loyalty.

• Fluency in Spanish (written and spoken) is a must; proficiency in English is also preferred.
• Experience in customer service, particularly in luxury retail or related fields, is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills with an emphasis on customer engagement and satisfaction.
• Ability to handle multiple inquiries and resolve issues efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems is an advantage.
