About the Company:
We are an international company looking for a skilled Russian-speaking Customer Support Translator to join our team. This is a remote position , allowing you to work from anywhere in Portugal , but you must be a resident of Portugal with a valid work permit.

Position: Russian Customer Support Translator
Location: Remote (Anywhere in Portugal)
Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide translation and customer support to Russian-speaking clients via email, chat, and phone.
• Translate customer inquiries, product details, and service information from Russian to English or other languages as needed.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues and answering queries promptly.
• Work closely with internal teams to maintain quality service.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and translations.

Requirements:

• Native or fluent in Russian (written and spoken).
• Good communication skills in English .
• Prior experience in customer support or translation is a plus.
• Must be resident in Portugal with a valid work permit .
• Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively.
