We are an international company looking for a skilled Russian-speaking Customer Support Translator to join our team. This is a remote position , allowing you to work from anywhere in Portugal , but you must be a resident of Portugal with a valid work permit.
Position: Russian Customer Support Translator
Location: Remote (Anywhere in Portugal)
Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide translation and customer support to Russian-speaking clients via email, chat, and phone.
- Translate customer inquiries, product details, and service information from Russian to English or other languages as needed.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues and answering queries promptly.
- Work closely with internal teams to maintain quality service.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and translations.
Requirements:
- Native or fluent in Russian (written and spoken).
- Good communication skills in English .
- Prior experience in customer support or translation is a plus.
- Must be resident in Portugal with a valid work permit .
- Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively.
