We are looking for
We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Sales Development Representative Team Lead (m/w/d), who desires to contribute to the growth and success of our Sales Team.
Your role in BizAway
● Lead a developing team of SDRs operating in the DATCH market
● Contribute to personal and professional growth to team members, providing individual coaching and training
● Personally run outbound campaigns via email, phone, and other touchpoints to close qualified meetings (Team Leads carry a personal quota)
● Present our solution to a range of people (Office Managers, CFOs, Travel Managers, HR Directors, etc.)
● Define Quarterly OKRs with the Sales Development Manager
● Work with the Sales Executies and the whole Sales Team in a positive feedback loop.
● Proactively propose actions, strategies, and campaigns to improve the sales process and
enhance growth
Your basic qualifications
● You have an excellent level of German and a good level of English
● You have at least 2 years of experience in SAAS/B2B sales
● "Lead by example" attitude: you should not tell others how to succeed but rather show it
● Hunger: you are not afraid of challenges and you are eager to raise the bar every day
● Proactivity: you actively propose value-creating solutions and are not afraid of mistakes
● Flexibility: you are comfortable working in a fast-changing environment with few certainties
