We are looking for
We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic SE Team Lead (m/w/d), who desires to contribute to the growth and success of our Sales Team.
Your role in BizAway
As a Team Lead, you will have a player-coach role, leading a small team of Sales Executives and closing contracts yourself. Your main responsibilities will be:
● Lead negotiations with potential clients from Discovery to Contract (As a TL you will carry a personal quota)
● Present our solution to a range of people (C-Levels, HR Directors, Office Managers, Travel Managers, etc.).
● Present live demos of our platform to qualified prospects
● Run outbound campaigns via phone, email, and other touchpoints to generate pipeline.
● Contribute to the personal and professional growth of team members, providing individual coaching and training during Sales calls
● Forecast Sales Revenue, giving full visibility of your (and your team’s) deal pipeline
● Collaborate with the SDR Team to improve pipeline quality, in a positive feedback loop.
● Proactively propose actions, strategies, and campaigns to improve the sales process and
enhance growth
Your basic qualifications
● You have an excellent level of Dutch and English, both written and spoken in a native level
● You have at least 2 years of experience as a top-performer AE in a tech company
● “No excuses” attitude: you know that your success depends on you and no one else.
● Hunger: you are not afraid of challenges and you are eager to raise the bar every day
● Proactivity: you actively propose value-creating solutions and are not afraid of mistakes
● Flexibility: you are comfortable working in a fast-changing environment with few certainties
