Tasks

What’s your Mission?

You'll be helping people who may have been treated unfairly:

• Build rapport and trust with customers, fostering a positive brand experience


• Assist leads from various channels (TikTok, Google, social media) to determine if they have been mis-sold high-interest credit cards (revolving cards)


• Gather detailed information about the credit card and its terms using HubSpot


• Process legal onboarding documents (LFA/LSA) to authorize legal action on behalf of the customer (working knowledge of LFA/LSA is a plus)


• Provide excellent customer service and support, resolving inquiries and issues efficiently


• Sales Target: Achieve a minimum of 120 sales per month.

Sales Potential:

• Identify potential leads who may qualify for the Justalia program, which helps customers who have been mis-sold credit cards.


• Explain the Justalia program and its benefits to qualified leads, generating interest and encouraging participation.


• Track customer interactions and report on key metrics to measure program effectiveness.

Requirements

What skills & experience will you bring to us? ,

• Language Skills: Fluency in both Spanish and English (written and spoken)


• Sales Experience: Proven track record in sales, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment


• Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills


• Strong Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport and trust with customers


• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and solve problems effectively


• Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and as part of a team


• Proficiency in CRM and Sales Tools: Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) a plus

Good to Have:

• Knowledge of Spanish consumer protection laws (particularly those related to credit card mis-selling)


• Experience processing legal documents

Benefits

What do we offer?

• Start date: November 20th


• Contract: Temporary 3 months with the possibility to be extended - (1-month probation period)


• Full-time: (39 hours/week)


• Working days/Hours: Monday to Friday rotative between 9:00 am - 7:00 pm


• Basic Salary: €18,461.67 gross per year


• Bonus: Earn a bonus of upto €840 per month (monthly target 120 sales, each sale earns you €7)


• Paid bank holidays + 1 extra day in lieu


• Hybrid work model: 4 days per month at the office / training / rest from home


• Training:  2 weeks from the office Monday to Friday 9:00 am - 6:00 pm


• Office location: Barcelona (La Sagrera)
