We are seeking an experienced Project Manager who will be responsible for planning budgeting managing documentation validation and controlling of medium and large IT projects and programs. This role involves establishing and maintaining relationships with project stakeholders and providing them with regular updates.
Tareas

• Project planning budgeting managing and controlling.
• Monitor and track the progress of project tasks and deliverables.
• Manage project risks and issues.
• Monitor the development process to ensure quality standards are met.
• Train and mentor team members on Agile methodology.
• Identify and address any impediments that impact team performance.
• Produce and analyze project metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure successful delivery of projects within budget scope and timeline.

• Good knowledge of IT business systems and related processes including experience with SAP Salesforce or Workday with at least one of these systems required.
• Understanding of project delivery and acceptance processes within a fast-paced business environment.
• Experienced in project planning budgeting managing and controlling.
• Ability to identify project risks and define mitigation actions.
• Experienced with agile tools (Jira) to track and manage project progress.
• Proven ability to drive toward a goal and manage different workstreams within a project.
• Report and communicate progress issues and plans to stakeholders in a comprehensive manner.
