• Coordination of appointments and services in close cooperation with our team
• Providing information about our services and offers
• Documentation of inquiries and concerns in our system
• Support with administrative tasks

What you bring with you

• Empathy and sensitivity in dealing with grieving people
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills
• Well-groomed and attractive appearance
• Experience in customer service or a similar position is an advantage
• Ability to work in a team and flexibility
