US - Business Operations Analyst (Remote EMEA)

We are looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst to support our US team by focusing on the development of the operational model. This role is crucial in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our revenue operations processes. You will be responsible for mapping workflows, defining audit processes, and optimizing order management and resource allocation. You will also play a key role in consolidating our central recruiting team infrastructure.

• Map and document key operational workflows for revenue-related processes
• Define and implement audit processes to ensure operational compliance
• Develop and optimize order management and resource allocation systems
• Support the consolidation of infrastructure for the central recruiting team

• 2+ years of experience in analytically intense, project management-heavy positions
• Significant experience in similar roles such as Sales Ops, Biz Ops, Sales Strategy, or Revenue Analytics
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or another quant-heavy field
• Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams
• Full fluency in English; another language would be a plus
