Your responsibilities and impact working as a Technical Front Office Specialist will be:

• Supporting customers with inquiries related to telecom services, focusing on technical questions


• Maintaining and updating the customers' accounts


• Ensuring high-quality service and customers' satisfaction


• Dealing with sensible data
