Job Description - Remote Contact Center Manager

Job Description:

Electrolux Professional is seeking a highly experienced Remote Contact Center Manager to join our team in Sollentuna, Stockholms Län, Sweden. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in contact center management.

Responsibilities: - Lead and manage a team of remote contact center representatives to ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction - Develop and implement strategies to improve contact center performance and efficiency - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and make data-driven decisions - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues - Implement training programs and ongoing coaching to enhance the skills and performance of contact center staff - Handle escalated customer concerns and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner - Stay current on industry trends and best practices in contact center management

Requirements: - Proven experience in contact center management, with a minimum of 8 years in a similar role - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coach team members - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Solid project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment - Driven and dedicated to achieving goals and targets - Experience with remote work and managing virtual teams is a plus
