Job description at a glance

As the Talent Acquisition Specialist/HRBP, you’ll be the go-to person for identifying top talents and supporting our managers with various HR matters. You will play a key role in helping us grow and develop our organization, contributing to Intertek's long-term global transformation.

Reporting to Bettina, our HR Director Nordics, you'll join a lively and supportive HR team of 5 colleagues in Stockholm, Kista. This role covers a broad range of HR responsibilities at both strategic and operational levels.

Your journey with us begins in August and runs until May 2025.

What you’ll do:

  • Support a management team and managers, handling the company's HR tasks.
  • Take charge of different HR projects and implement team initiatives aligned with our mission, vision, and values.
  • Manage successful “end-to-end” recruitment together with our managers, from creating job ads to making hires
  • Identifying the right channels for the right staff groups and search for top talent

What do you need to succeed?

  • Experience in recruitment and a generalist HR role, ideally as a HR Business Partner
  • Experience in the Health/Life Sciences sector (or other skilled roles) is a big plus!
  • Relevant university degree
  • Experience supporting and working within a matrix organization
  • A proactive, driven, and structured work ethic with a knack for driving change
  • A positive, team-player attitude with a flair for innovation
  • Ability to juggle multiple stakeholders and build long-term relationships
  • Fluency in Swedish and English
