Data Scientist

What we are looking for:

We are looking for a skilled Data Scientist to join our team and drive real impact for our clients. You’ll work with data from various digital channels, such as online, email, and commerce, to analyze and model information that optimizes customer journeys and boosts digital performance. You’re someone who loves working with complex data, productionalizing systems, and econometric modeling to help brands grow and improve efficiency.

Your background in data science and statistics enables you to spot trends, devise strategies, and directly influence client success. In this role, you’ll design predictive models, develop algorithms, and deliver end-to-end solutions. You stay on top of evolving technologies like AI, always exploring new ways to push your work forward.

What you'll be doing:

• Take e-commerce problems into solutions using statistical and ML models
• Develop predictive models and machine learning solutions
• Present findings and recommendations to clients and stakeholders
• Remain current with the latest data science and digital marketing trends

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Data Scientist
• Familiarity with commerce data
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and machine learning frameworks
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Hands-on experience deploying and maintaining containerized production-grade ML workloads in production
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) in a deployment context
• Fluent in Swedish and English, residing in Sweden

What sets you apart:

• Documented experience in marketing mix modeling projects, causal inference, and Bayesian statistics.
• Hands-on background in building multi-tenant AI and machine learning systems
• Experience with predictive models in commerce.

This is a full-time position with a preferred start date during Q2, based in our office at Birger Jarlsgatan 7, Stockholm.
