KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in identifying and researching potential partnership opportunities with influencers and social media personas.
- Support the development and execution of partnership strategies to expand Coursfy’s reach, visibility, and impact.
- Help onboard, manage, and maintain relationships with partnering influencers, ensuring ongoing collaboration and mutual benefit.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create partnership proposals and presentations.
- Monitor and report on partnership performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Participate in meetings and communications with potential and existing partners to support relationship-building efforts.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new partnership opportunities.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2 years of previous experience in influencer performance marketing.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to design impactful sales strategies.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Notable social media presence and knowledge of existing market and industry trends.
- Deep understanding of the influencer scene, as well as the ability to conduct market research and analyze data to identify potential partners.
- Organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Swedish and English.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous internship or project experience in business development, partnerships, or marketing.
- Familiarity with relevant tools and software.
- Experience with creating presentations and proposals.
