The Field Sales function is responsible for selling the Company’s products and services to new and/or existing clients and developing or expanding accounts primarily through face-to-face sales. Maintain and grow the revenue stream through renewal management, win-back, cross-sell, up-sell of new opportunities. Identify new contacts and deepen relationships with current contacts act as a Tech lead to apply technology to solve customer business needs.
Relationship Manager to Major Growth
We have establishied a new team in the Swedish Sales organization, Major Growth. As a Relationship Manager in the Major Growth you will have a hybrid role where you will work 50% on existing customers and 50% on prospects to get alignment and focus around the craftmanship of New Business sale from a RM perspective. Reference selling will be key for your success. Portfolios will be verticalized so that you can use the knowledge and expertise from the existing customer base.
As a Relationship Manager in Major Growth, you should have a strong motivation and drive to work proactively to develop the customer base both on existing as well as the defined prospect accounts. As Relationship Manager in Major Growth, you should have a strong interest in winning new business and have a strong interest of and taking an active role in collaborating with a wider virtual team to achieve long term success.

New Office Location
Our office is currently located in Solna, however we are very excited to be moving to a beautiful new location in central Stockholm at the end of 2025. Our future address will be Fleminggatan 14 in Kungsholmen, just a short walk from Stockholm Central Station.
