Social Media & Content Manager

Sweed is looking for a driven and creative storyteller to take full ownership of our social channels and content. As Social Media & Content Manager, you’ll bring our brand to life across platforms – with a clear focus on community, brand love, growth and conversion.

You’ll be the voice and eye of Sweed online. From content creation and publishing to newsletters and campaigns, you’ll shape how our audience connects with us daily. You’re hands-on, fast-moving and deeply tuned into brand experience – with the ability to create content that not only inspires, but performs.

Key Responsibilities: 

- Develop, plan, and execute content strategies and social media calendars aligned with brand identity and marketing objectives

- Create, edit, and publish engaging content across channels – including short-form video, imagery and copy tailored to platform best practices

- Own and manage the full publishing workflow of social media channels – from scheduling and posting to community management

- Develop, produce and schedule newsletters – including adaptations and translations

- Collaborate with our founder to align on campaign goals and brand messaging

- Monitor performance, report on key metrics and use insights to continually optimize for engagement, growth and conversion

- Contribute to broader campaign execution by creating content that ensures consistent brand perception across touchpoints – from social and email to e-com and partner channels

- Stay ahead of trends in beauty, socials and culture – turn insights into content and ideas that keep our brand elevated and performance-driven

About you:

- 3–5 years’ experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing

- Equally passionate about brand storytelling and business growth

- Understands the power of community – and how to activate it through content

- Proficient in social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) and tools like Canva and CapCut

- Skilled in email marketing and e-commerce platforms, specifically Klaviyo, Yotpo and Shopify

- Lives and breathes socials – passionate about beauty & lifestyle with a strong curiosity about trends and new ways of communication

- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Swedish and English

The role is on-site at our office in Stockholm and on a full-time basis. We would love for you to start as soon as possible.
