As a Video Editor Intern, you will play a key role in shaping our social media presence by creating engaging, platform-optimized video content. You’ll work closely with the content and marketing teams to turn raw footage into compelling stories that drive engagement and reflect our brand identity. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Edit and assemble video content for various social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn).
• Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to conceptualize and execute creative video ideas.
• Optimize videos for different platforms, ensuring the correct aspect ratios, captions, and lengths.
• Incorporate graphics, animations, sound effects, and music to enhance video content.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in video editing and social media to produce relevant, trendy content, while ensuring brand consistency.
• Organize digital materials, ensuring easy access for team members.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Film, Media, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics tools like After Effects is a plus.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and their unique video requirements.
• Strong creative and storytelling skills, with an eye for detail.
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• A passion for digital content and a desire to learn and grow in the field.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• A portfolio showcasing your video editing work.
