Job Description - Live Chat Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:


Epiroc, a leading provider of innovative mining and infrastructure equipment, is seeking a talented Live Chat Manager to join our remote team based in Stockholm, Sweden. This part-time position offers the flexibility to work from home while still being an integral part of our customer service team.


As a Live Chat Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our live chat support system, ensuring timely and effective communication with our customers. Your main responsibilities will include managing a team of live chat agents, developing and implementing chat scripts and guidelines, monitoring chat performance metrics, and continuously improving the customer experience through the live chat platform.


Requirements: - Minimum of 8 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a live chat support role - Energetic and dedicated personality traits - Strong time management and people management skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in using live chat software and tools - Experience with CRM systems is a plus
