Job Description - Client Service Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:

Voi Technology is looking for a Client Service Assistant to join our team in a remote, part-time position based in Göteborg, Västra Götalands Län, SE. As a Client Service Assistant, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients, assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for all parties involved.

Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist clients with account management, billing questions, and technical support - Troubleshoot and resolve client issues effectively and efficiently - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions - Identify opportunities for improvement in client service processes and implement solutions - Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support the Client Service team

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and strategic planning skills - Resilient and hardworking with a positive attitude - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and customer service software tools - High school diploma or equivalent required, additional education or certifications a plus
