Job Description - Customer Service Manager

Job Description:


As a Customer Service Manager at H&M, located in Sollentuna, Stockholms Län, SE, you will be responsible for overseeing the customer service department and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. This is a part-time position at a mid-to-senior level, requiring at least 8 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to optimize customer satisfaction. 2. Train, mentor, and coach customer service representatives to ensure excellent service delivery. 3. Monitor and analyze customer service metrics to identify areas for improvement. 4. Handle escalated customer complaints and provide timely resolution. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and implement innovative strategies to enhance customer service. 7. Manage customer service budgets and resources effectively. 8. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.


Requirements: 1. Motivated and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. 2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. 3. Excellent problem-solving abilities and adaptability. 4. Proven ability to innovate and implement new ideas. 5. Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools. 6. Bachelor's degree in business administration or relevant field (preferred). 7. Previous experience in a leadership role in customer service.
