Job Description - Remote Customer Support Manager

Job Description:

Nobina is seeking a dynamic and experienced Remote Customer Support Manager to join our team in Uppsala. As a part-time position at a mid-to-senior level, the ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in customer support or a related field. We are looking for someone who is energetic, dedicated, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: - Manage and lead a team of remote customer support representatives - Develop and implement customer support processes and procedures - Monitor team performance and provide ongoing feedback and coaching - Handle escalated customer inquiries and ensure timely resolution - Collaborate with other departments to improve customer experience - Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and make informed decisions - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support

Requirements: - 8+ years of experience in customer support or a related field - Proven track record of managing and leading a team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Energetic and dedicated personality traits - Teamwork and leadership skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer support software
