**Job Overview:** We are seeking a Remote Digital Marketing Associate who is enthusiastic, independent, and driven by results. In this part-time position, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing digital marketing strategies that enhance our brand presence and drive customer engagement. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels.

**Key Responsibilities:** - **Content Creation:** Develop engaging content for various digital platforms, including social media, email, blog posts, and website updates, ensuring all content aligns with Klarna’s brand voice and goals. - **Campaign Management:** Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns (PPC, social media, email marketing) to reach target audiences and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs). - **Analytics and Reporting:** Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, social media analytics, and other reporting tools to track and analyze campaign performance, preparing insights and recommendations for future initiatives. - **Social Media Engagement:** Monitor and engage with customers across social media platforms, responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner. - **SEO Optimization:** Support the team in optimizing website content for search engines by implementing keyword research, on-page SEO strategies, and technical SEO improvements. - **Market Research:** Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive analysis, and customer insights to inform marketing strategies and ensure Klarna remains innovative in its approach. - **Collaboration:** Work closely with design, sales, and product teams to ensure a unified strategy that supports overall business goals and enhances user experience. - **Project Management:** Assist in the management of marketing projects, ensuring timelines are met, and deliverables are achieved efficiently. - **Continuous Learning:** Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies, proactively seeking opportunities to enhance skills and contribute to the team’s success.

**Requirements:** - **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred. - **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record in managing campaigns and driving online engagement. - **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Google Analytics, social media management tools, and email marketing software. - **Personality Traits:** Motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently while leading initiatives and driving results. - **Soft Skills:** Strong leadership capabilities with adaptability to change and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - **Communication Skills:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas clearly and effectively across various channels.
