Job Description - Intern in Sales Operations (100%)

  • Your mission at Climeworks is to support the Commercial team in achieving their sales goals by optimizing and rolling out digital processes, devising data strategies, and serving as the go-to person for operational tasks and queries. 

  • Business Analysis: You analyse and assess current processes, collaborate with the sales team to identify pain points, and define improvements or new requirements to be implemented in our process-landscape and tech-stack. 

  • Reporting & Dashboards: You Help develop our data strategy. Monitor, design, build, and maintain reports and dashboards to help the team track their progress, support to identify roadblocks, and proactively flag issues. 

  • Quality assurance for digital GtM applications: You conduct end-to-end testing of new system functionalities, ensuring seamless operation and flagging potential issues before launch. 

  • Sales Team Support: You act as the first point of contact for sales team queries, resolving issues directly or coordinating with other teams to ensure timely solutions. 

  • User Training & Onboarding: You welcome new sales team members by onboarding them to tools and processes, ensuring they are equipped to excel in their roles. 

  • Documentation & Communication: You prepare clear release notes and documentation for new processes or features, keeping the team informed and assisting technical teams with detailed documentation



  • You are currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. 

  • You have strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset. First experience with Salesforce is considered a plus.  

  • You are comfortable working across teams and functions, with a collaborative approach. 

  • You have exceptional communication skills in English to convey technical and non-technical topics effectively. 

  • You have a passion for sustainability and interest in the climate tech sector. 

  • You are available for a 6-month internship ideally starting in April 2025.
