PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Support all HR processes at Guess Europe HQ in all of their core activities with focus on controlling and administration tasks.

CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

HR Administration

  • Request new work permits, renewals, and changes
  • Aid in maintaining accurate HR records and databases, including employee files and attendance records
  • Process new hires, employee changes, terminations
  • Prepare work certificates and unemployment documents
  • Employment contracts and other documents preparation
  • Support in updating the time management system
  • Contact with local authorities and other support activities as requested

Controlling & Organization

  • Participate in Organization Analysis and Development project
  • Participate in Compensation projects
  • Control data inserted by EU Countries in the People Information Systems
  • Update monthly the European Organizational Chart
  • Provide support in modifying and implementing new HR policies and procedure
  • Support the HR team in all main HR processes and activities as needed
  • Help in maintaining and updating job description databases
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferably in Human Resources Management or Economics)
  • Fluent in English, any additional language is considered a plus
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (proficiency with Excel is a plus)
  • High Flexibility
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Open-minded towards a multicultural environment
  • A good team player
  • Trustworthy in handling confidential information
