### Job Description


Hamilton Company is seeking a dedicated and proactive **Personal Assistant** to join our team in a part-time capacity. This role is primarily work-from-home and is designed for an individual who thrives in a virtual environment, is reliable, hardworking, and possesses the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. As a Personal Assistant, you will provide comprehensive support to our executives and team members, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and effectively.


#### **Responsibilities:** - **Scheduling & Calendar Management:** - Manage executives’ calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. - Coordinate and prioritize conflicting requests and demands to optimize time management.


- **Communication & Correspondence:** - Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications. - Draft, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed. - Ensure timely responses to emails and inquiries.


- **Administrative Support:** - Maintain organized digital files and records for easy access and reference. - Assist in the preparation of documentation for meetings, including agendas and minutes. - Monitor deadlines and follow up on pending tasks to ensure timely completion.


- **Project Coordination:** - Assist in managing the progress of projects by tracking deliverables and timelines. - Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are moving forward and adjust project plans as necessary. - **Research & Analysis:** - Conduct research on various topics and prepare summaries and reports for review. - Help analyze data and create presentations to share insights with the team.


- **Event Planning:** - Coordinate and plan virtual team events, meetings, and other activities. - Assist in organizing travel plans for executives, including itineraries and accommodations.


#### **Requirements:**


- **Experience & Education:** - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a personal assistant, administrative support, or related role. - Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.


- **Technical Skills:** - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other business communication tools. - Familiarity with project management software is a plus. - Strong internet research and data analysis skills.


- **Personality Traits:** - Highly **reliable** and committed to meeting deadlines. - Demonstrates a **hardworking** attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow.


- **Soft Skills:** - Exhibits **innovation** in problem-solving and task execution. - Possesses excellent **cooperation** skills and works effectively within a remote team environment.
