**Job Description:** We are seeking a dedicated and resourceful Chat Support Assistant to join our team at our Geneva location. This part-time position is ideal for an individual with a minimum of four years of experience in customer support or a related field. The Chat Support Assistant will play a crucial role in enhancing our customer service experience by assisting clients through chat platforms and ensuring that their inquiries are resolved swiftly and effectively.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Customer Interaction:** Efficiently respond to customer inquiries and concerns via chat support, providing prompt, informative, and friendly assistance. - **Problem-Solving:** Utilize your resourcefulness and problem-solving skills to investigate and resolve issues presented by customers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction. - **Data Management:** Input and maintain accurate customer data and interactions in the CRM system, ensuring records are up-to-date for future reference and analysis. - **Feedback Collection:** Gather customer feedback and insights during interactions to help identify improvement opportunities in processes and services. - **Resource Utilization:** Leverage available resources, including training materials and knowledge bases, to inform your responses and enhance the customer experience. - **Collaboration:** Work closely with other departments to provide integrated support and ensure seamless communication across the organization regarding customer needs and concerns. - **Performance Metrics:** Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times, customer satisfaction ratings, and resolution rates.
**Requirements:**
