**Job Description:**


Glas Trösch Holding AG, a leader in innovative glass solutions and advanced products, is seeking a dedicated and passionate Client Relations Assistant to join our dynamic team in Lausanne. This part-time position will play a pivotal role in fostering strong relationships with our clients while supporting various administrative tasks essential for our operations.


**Key Responsibilities:**


1. **Client Communication:** - Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring timely and effective responses to queries via email, phone, or in-person correspondence. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, facilitating ongoing communication to ensure satisfaction and retention.


2. **Client Support:** - Assist clients with their orders, including processing requests, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues that may arise. - Conduct follow-ups with clients after project completion to gather feedback and ensure continued satisfaction.


3. **Research and Analysis:** - Perform market research to identify trends, competitive activities, and potential client needs to better assist the sales team in strategic planning. - Analyze client data and feedback to provide insights that will improve service delivery and foster long-term relationships.


4. **Administrative Support:** - Support the Client Relations team in preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed. - Maintain organized records of client interactions, communications, and transactions using CRM software.


5. **Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:** - Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure a consistent and high-quality client experience across all touchpoints. - Participate in team meetings to share client feedback and contribute to the development of strategies for improvement.


6. **Training and Development:** - Stay updated on Glas Trösch's products and services to effectively communicate value propositions to clients. - Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance customer service skills and product knowledge.


**Requirements:**


- **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred. - **Experience:** Minimum 4 years of experience in client relations, customer service, or a related role, ideally within the manufacturing or construction sectors.


- **Personality Traits:** - Hardworking and dedicated, demonstrating a commitment to achieving personal and team goals. - Passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences and contributing positively to the team environment.


- **Soft Skills:** - Strong persuasion skills to advocate for clients and influence decisions positively. - Excellent research skills to gather relevant information, analyze trends and present actionable insights effectively. - Exceptional communication (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.


- **Technical Skills:** - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM software. - Familiarity with data analysis tools is a plus.
