**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Customer Support:** - Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. - Resolve customer complaints and issues by identifying the root cause and providing appropriate solutions. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Weyerhaeuser products and services to assist customers effectively.
2. **Communication:** - Facilitate clear and effective communication with customers, colleagues, and management. - Document all customer interactions accurately in the contact center's CRM system. - Participate in team meetings to discuss feedback, challenges, and improvements in service delivery.
3. **Project Management:** - Assist in small-scale projects aimed at improving customer service practices and procedures. - Track the progress of ongoing projects and report on outcomes to senior staff as required. - Collaborate with other departments to coordinate resources and information as needed for project success.
4. **Data Management:** - Conduct regular audits of customer data to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal policies. - Generate reports related to customer interactions, identifying trends and areas for improvement. - Support data entry and administrative tasks as necessary.
5. **Team Collaboration:** - Work collaboratively with other contact center team members to achieve service goals. - Share knowledge and best practices with peers to enhance overall team performance. - Assist in training and onboarding new team members, contributing your expertise.

**Requirements:**
- **Education & Experience:** - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a contact center or customer service environment. - High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service or project management are a plus.
- **Personality Traits:** - **Resourceful:** Able to find innovative solutions to customer issues and inquiries. - **Confident:** Exhibit assurance in interactions, showcasing a positive and professional demeanor.
- **Soft Skills:** - **Project Management:** Demonstrated ability to manage tasks efficiently and contribute to project objectives. - **Cooperation:** Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across various teams and departments.
- **Technical Skills:** - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software. - Ability to quickly learn new software and tools.
- **Language Skills:** - Proficiency in English is required. Fluency in French or German is highly desirable.
