Job Description - Customer Service Assistant

Job Description:


Stadler Rail AG, a leading provider of railway transportation solutions, is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Zurich, Switzerland. As a part-time position with entry-level seniority, this role will provide you with valuable experience in the railway industry.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries via phone, email, and in person. 2. Assist customers with ticket purchases, reservations, and general inquiries. 3. Manage customer complaints and escalate issues as needed. 4. Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer requests. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Work closely with the Customer Service Manager to improve overall customer satisfaction. 7. Assist with administrative tasks as needed.


Requirements: 1. 1 year of customer service experience preferred. 2. Energetic and resourceful personality traits. 3. Strong teamwork and communication skills. 4. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. 5. Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software. 7. Fluency in English and German is required.
