Job Description - Customer Service Manager

As a Customer Service Manager at Fidelity National Financial in Geneva, Kanton Genf, CH, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the satisfaction and retention of our valued customers. This part-time position is ideal for someone with 7 years of experience in a customer service role, at a mid-to-senior level, who possesses a hardworking and resilient attitude.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance, support, and mentorship - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction - Handle escalated customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints - Conduct regular training sessions for customer service staff to enhance their skills and knowledge - Track and report on key performance indicators related to customer service levels and team productivity


Requirements: - 7 years of experience in a customer service role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on emotional intelligence - Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment and foster a positive and inclusive culture - Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
