Job Description - Customer Service Representative

Job Description:


Mosaic is seeking a passionate and hardworking Customer Service Representative to join our team in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH on a part-time basis. As an entry-level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 1 year of experience in customer service.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in person. 2. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and effectively. 3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently. 4. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers with their needs. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 7. Actively participate in training sessions and continuous learning opportunities.


Requirements: 1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 2. Ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure. 3. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. 4. Persuasive and customer-oriented mindset. 5. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. High school diploma or equivalent.
