Job Description - Customer Success Representative

Job Description:


We are seeking a Customer Success Representative to join our team at Owens Corning in Lausanne, Vaud, Switzerland. As a part-time entry-level position, the Customer Success Representative will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. The ideal candidate will be hardworking, resilient, and possess strong soft skills such as cooperation and leadership.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer service through various channels including phone, email, and in-person interactions. 2. Manage customer accounts, addressing inquiries, issues, and feedback in a timely and professional manner. 3. Proactively reach out to customers to ensure their needs are being met and to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and improve overall customer experience. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the company database. 6. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.


Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field is preferred. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Fluent in English and French.
