**Overview** Sonova Holding AG, a global leader in the design and manufacturing of innovative hearing care solutions, is seeking a passionate and hardworking Remote Customer Success Representative to join our dynamic team. In this entry-level part-time position, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the customer experience and ensuring customer satisfaction for our wide range of products and services.
**Key Responsibilities** - **Customer Interaction:** Engage with customers via multiple channels (phone, email, and chat) to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information. - **Support & Troubleshooting:** Assist customers in troubleshooting product-related issues, providing timely and effective solutions to ensure a positive experience. - **Relationship Building:** Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and long-term engagement with our brand. - **Feedback Collection:** Gather customer feedback and suggestions, relaying relevant information to the product and marketing teams to enhance service delivery and product improvements. - **Documentation & Reporting:** Accurately document customer interactions and maintain up-to-date records in our customer relationship management (CRM) system. - **Product Knowledge:** Stay updated on company products and industry trends to confidently assist and educate customers, contributing to their understanding of our offerings. - **Time Management:** Efficiently manage your schedule to balance customer inquiries and administrative tasks, ensuring timely responses and service delivery. - **Collaboration:** Work collaboratively with the sales, technical support, and other relevant teams to ensure effective communication and resolution of customer issues. - **Training & Development:** Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your skills and knowledge about customer service best practices and product offerings.
**Requirements** - **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service or related field is a plus. - **Experience:** At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or related role, preferably in the technology or healthcare industry. - **Personality Traits:** A hardworking and passionate individual who is dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction and willingness to go the extra mile for customers. - **Soft Skills:** - *Decision-making*: Ability to assess situations accurately and make informed decisions to ensure a positive customer experience. - *Time Management*: Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
