Job Description - Online Account Support Specialist

Job Description:


Phillips 66 is seeking a dynamic and driven Online Account Support Specialist to join our team in Lausanne, Vaud, CH. This position is part-time and entry-level, making it an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in the online account management field. We are looking for energetic individuals who are passionate about providing top-notch customer service and support.


Responsibilities: - Manage and respond to customer inquiries and issues related to online accounts - Assist customers with account setup, password resets, and troubleshooting technical issues - Provide guidance and support to customers on navigating the online platform - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Utilize customer management tools and platforms to track and resolve customer issues - Stay up-to-date on product updates and new features to provide accurate information to customers


Requirements: - No prior experience required, but a passion for customer service is a must - Driven and energetic personality with strong communication skills - Ability to effectively manage people and work well in a team environment - Proficiency in using computer and online tools - Basic understanding of online account management principles - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
