### Job Description:
**Overview:** We are seeking a dedicated and resilient Online Client Service Manager to join our dynamic team in Geneva. In this part-time role, you will oversee our online client interactions ensuring exceptional customer experiences and effectively managing client relationships across all digital touchpoints. Your innovative approach and critical thinking will be crucial in streamlining our online service processes while aligning them with company goals.
#### Key Responsibilities:
- **Client Engagement:** - Act as the primary point of contact for our online clients, responding to inquiries and providing immediate assistance through various platforms, including email, chat, and social media. - Develop strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to enhance their experience.
- **Service Delivery Management:** - Monitor and analyze online service metrics, identify areas for improvement, and recommend innovative strategies to enhance overall client satisfaction. - Implement and maintain service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure timely and effective resolution of client issues.
- **Collaboration & Communication:** - Work closely with internal teams, including product development, sales, and marketing, to facilitate smooth communication between departments and improve client offerings. - Conduct regular training sessions for team members on new tools, technologies, and best practices in client service.
- **Process Improvement:** - Identify opportunities for optimizing online client service workflows and recommend new software or tools to enhance efficiency and client engagement. - Develop and implement strategies for scaling online service initiatives in alignment with business goals.
- **Reporting and Feedback:** - Prepare regular reports on client service metrics, customer feedback, and process efficiency to share with management and stakeholders. - Act on client feedback to continually refine and enhance our online service offerings.
- **Staff Development:** - Mentor and support junior client service representatives, fostering an environment that encourages innovation and critical thinking. - Promote a client-first culture across the online service team.

### Requirements:
**Experience:** - Minimum of 7 years of experience in client service management, preferably within a digital or online environment. - Proven experience in managing client relationships and providing exceptional service in a B2B context.
**Education:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
**Skills:** - Exceptional problem-solving skills with a strong ability to think critically and adapt to changing circumstances. - Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software and digital communication tools.
**Personal Traits:** - Dedicated, with a strong work ethic and resilience in overcoming challenges. - Open-minded and creative, willing to explore innovative solutions and fresh ideas to enhance client experiences.
**Soft Skills:** - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively. - A strong sense of empathy and the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.
**Other Requirements:** - Fluency in English; proficiency in French and/or German is highly desirable. - Ability to work flexibly in a part-time capacity, adjusting hours as needed to accommodate client needs.
