Job Description - Online Customer Success Officer

**Job Description:**


Domtar is seeking a driven and dedicated Online Customer Success Officer to join our dynamic team in Basel. This part-time role will be pivotal in enhancing customer experiences, managing client relationships, and ensuring the successful adoption of our services. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience and a passion for customer engagement.


**Key Responsibilities:**


1. **Customer Engagement:** - Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as their primary point of contact and advocate within Domtar. - Engage with existing customers to understand their needs, address their concerns, and ensure the effective usage of our online services.


2. **Onboarding:** - Lead the onboarding process for new customers, providing them with a comprehensive understanding of our products and services. - Conduct training and demonstration sessions to ensure customers achieve early success with our offerings.


3. **Issue Resolution:** - Proactively identify and resolve customer issues through timely responses and tailored solutions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., technical support, sales) to address customer feedback and drive product improvements.


4. **Performance Tracking:** - Monitor customer usage metrics and satisfaction levels to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. - Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in our CRM system.


5. **Feedback Loop:** - Collect and analyze customer feedback to enhance service delivery and contribute to ongoing product development initiatives. - Facilitate open dialogues with customers to foster trust and transparency.


6. **Innovation:** - Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor offerings to ensure our services remain competitive and relevant. - Suggest innovative practices and tools that can improve customer interactions and overall satisfaction.


7. **Administrative Tasks:** - Assist in the preparation of reports to track customer success initiatives and share insights with the management team. - Support marketing efforts related to customer engagement and retention strategies.


**Requirements:**


- **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, or a related field is preferred. - **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years in a customer service, account management, or customer success role, preferably in an online or digital environment. - **Personality Traits:** - Driven: Self-motivated individual with a strong desire to exceed customer expectations and achieve personal and company goals. - Dedicated: Committed to fostering lasting relationships with customers and ensuring their success. - **Soft Skills:** - Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts and requests with precision. - Innovation: A creative thinker willing to experiment with new ideas and approaches to customer management.
