Apache is seeking an enthusiastic and resourceful Online Web Chat Specialist to join our dynamic team in Basel. As an Entry Level Specialist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our customer experience by providing timely, insightful, and engaging support through online chat channels. This part-time position is perfect for individuals who are confident in their abilities to communicate effectively and creatively solve customer inquiries.


**Key Responsibilities:**


- **Customer Interaction:** Engage with customers via online chat to address inquiries, provide product information, and resolve issues promptly and effectively, ensuring a positive experience. - **Product Knowledge:** Develop a deep understanding of Apache’s products and services to confidently respond to various customer questions and concerns. - **Issue Resolution:** Diagnose customer issues and provide appropriate solutions or escalate concerns to the relevant departments when necessary. - **Feedback Collection:** Gather customer feedback during interactions and share insights with the team to improve products and services continually. - **Collaboration:** Work closely with colleagues, including sales and support teams, to ensure a seamless flow of information and enhance the customer experience. - **Content Creation:** Contribute to the development of chat scripts and FAQ documents to ensure consistent and accurate responses to customer queries. - **Performance Tracking:** Monitor chat metrics such as response time and customer satisfaction rating, striving to improve personal performance in alignment with team goals.


- **Adherence to Policies:** Ensure all interactions comply with Apache's company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times.


- **Training Participation:** Attend training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on new products, features, and company initiatives.


**Requirements:**


**Education & Experience:** - A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional qualifications in customer service or related fields are a plus. - Minimum of 1 year in a customer service, sales, or online chat support role preferred.


**Skills:** - **Communication:** Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in an understandable manner. - **Technical Proficiency:** Comfortable using chat software, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and other digital tools to assist customers effectively. - **Problem-Solving:** Strong resourcefulness and ability to think critically in fast-paced situations to provide timely resolutions.


**Personality Traits:** - **Resourceful:** Ability to find solutions independently and creatively tackle challenges. - **Confident:** A self-assured individual who can convey empathy and professionalism in customer interactions.
