### **Job Description:**
Cummins is seeking a dynamic and energetic Remote Support Assistant to join our team in Lausanne. In this part-time role, you'll be responsible for providing comprehensive support to our customers and internal teams, ensuring a seamless experience and contributing to overall operational efficiency. This position is ideal for an independent and motivated individual who is prepared to make decisions and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
### **Key Responsibilities:**
- **Customer Support:** - Respond to inquiries via email, chat, and phone, delivering exceptional customer service. - Assist customers with technical issues, including troubleshooting problems related to our products and software. - Document and track customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system to ensure effective communication and follow-up.
- **Operational Assistance:** - Collaborate with internal teams to identify and escalate issues that require additional support. - Participate in the creation and maintenance of support documentation and knowledge base articles to enhance team efficiency and customer understanding. - Conduct regular reviews of support processes to identify areas for improvement.
- **Data Management:** - Manage customer data entry and ensure accuracy in the CRM system. - Generate reports based on customer interactions and service metrics to assist in identifying trends and areas of improvement.
- **Project Support:** - Assist with special projects as required, including providing feedback on service experience and contributing to process improvements. - Participate in team meetings and provide insights to enhance service delivery.
### **Requirements:**
#### **Qualifications:**
- **Education:** - A high school diploma or equivalent is required. - Additional coursework in customer service, information technology, or a related field is a plus.
- **Experience:** - Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer support, IT helpdesk, or a related role is preferred.

- **Technical Proficiency:** - Familiarity with CRM software and basic troubleshooting processes. - Basic understanding of computer systems and troubleshooting technical issues.
