**Job Title: Remote Support Specialist**

**Position Overview:** We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Remote Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be crucial in providing exceptional technical support and ensuring excellent service delivery to our internal stakeholders and clients. This part-time position allows you to contribute meaningfully while enjoying flexibility in your work arrangements.
**Key Responsibilities:** - **Technical Support:** Provide remote troubleshooting and support for software, hardware, and network issues. Investigate and resolve technical queries via phone, email, or chat promptly and efficiently. - **System Monitoring:** Monitor computer systems and networks to identify and address potential issues before they escalate. - **Documentation:** Maintain detailed records of support interactions, system issues, and resolutions, contributing to our knowledge base for continuous improvement. - **Collaboration:** Work closely with IT and other departments to communicate identified issues and implement solutions that enhance system reliability and performance. - **Training & Guidance:** Assist in training end-users on new software applications and systems, providing user guides and resources as necessary. - **Innovation:** Seek ways to enhance the support experience, including proposing innovative solutions, tools, or processes that can optimize our service delivery. - **Customer Service:** Cultivate strong customer relationships by providing outstanding support, demonstrating reliability, and ensuring user satisfaction. - **Feedback & Improvement:** Gather feedback from users on support effectiveness and identify areas for improvement, contributing to a culture of continuous learning and adaptation.
**Requirements:** - **Experience:** Minimum of 3 years in a remote support or technical support role, with a demonstrated proficiency in troubleshooting and providing customer service in a technology-driven environment. - **Technical Skills:** Strong knowledge of computer systems, mobile devices, and remote support tools. Proficiency in using various operating systems and software applications. - **Personality Traits:** - Independent: Ability to work autonomously and manage your time effectively. - Reliable: Consistently meet deadlines and maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity. - **Soft Skills:** - Cooperation: Promote and foster a collaborative atmosphere within teams and across departments. - Innovation: Demonstrate creativity in problem-solving and a willingness to explore new and improved ways to enhance service delivery. - **Communication Skills:** Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users clearly and concisely. - **Language Proficiency:** Fluency in English is mandatory. Proficiency in German or French is a plus.
