Position: HR Recruiter
Location: Bangkok, Thailand (Onsite)
Language: Thai and English
Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
Support employee relations and resolve workplace conflicts.
Administer payroll, benefits, and performance evaluation systems.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Conduct training sessions and develop HR programs.
Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Requirement :
Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in HR, preferably in recruitment and employee relations.
Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in recruiting, talent management, employee relations, and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities and Duties: Manage recruitment processes, oversee employee relations, support talent acquisition efforts, and assist in performance management.
Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours; may require occasional overtime.
Qualities and Traits: Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude.
