JOB DESCRIPTION Job SummaryThis position will lead and direct Sales Representatives within the assigned region to achieve sales objectives, enable the subordinates through effective coaching and development. The role will need to collaborate effectively with internal and external functions to support sales executions. Strong engagements with assigned customers will be required with alignment to local laws and company policies.Principal Duties and ResponsibilitiesBusiness Planning and deliver results• Establish sales targets and KPI targets by forecasting and develop annual sales quotas for territories and accounts; and projecting expected sales volume for existing and new products.• Develop the sales plan to capture the business opportunities by territories and accounts and covers the revenue and expense controls.• Meeting planned sales & KPI goalsLeading Sales Execution• Lead the sales team and implement sales programs according to the plan & follow up on work results.• Reinforce team to possess deep knowledge of business product offering and value proposition• Proactively pursue new business and sales opportunities and mobilize cross team support and resources• Conduct regular check ins with sales team to ensure execution is on track and company quotas and standards are met• Align with internal team to adjust sales plans in response to competition• Collaborate with marketing and operation to provide demand forecastBuilding Customer Base• Align with marketing to determine target customer list• Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships by understanding their needs• Solve problems for clients and customers by developing innovative and tailored sales solutions• Work with internal departments to engage customers• Develop a plan to reactivate the lost accounts/ customers• Be a brand ambassador and reflect company values at all timesTeam Management & Development• Maintains team professionalism and technical knowledge by attending education training and workshops• Manage recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, performance monitoring, exit of sales representatives• Maintain & motivate sales team to follow through the sales process, cases setting process and cases supporting in OR requirement• Maintain sales team work results to achieve high performance culture by counseling and disciplining employees; and planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.• Develop and recognize high performer of the team, identify knowledge gaps in team and develop a plan to bridge the gaps, take necessary actions such as initiating Performance improvement plan if required• Ensure team adherence and accountability to team culture by following organizational policies and regulations at all timesExpected Areas of Competence• Team Leadership and Management Skill• Coaching and Counselling• Collaboration• Decision making skill• Interpersonal skill• Business Development• Business analysis and presentation skill.• Sales Planning• People management• Medical Devices Technical CompetenciesEducation/ Experience Requirements▪ University degree▪ At least 7 years’ healthcare/medical technology experience with a minimum of 3 years’ sales team management; those with more years of experience will be considered a senior role.▪ Proven success in leading team and achieve business results▪ Demonstrated ability to learn functional / technical skills and behavioral competencies.▪ Extensive experience in the competing and succeeding with diverse specialty product portfolios.▪ Experience in analyzing sales data and interpreting trends, implications etc.▪ Experience in Medical devices would be advantageous
