We craft amazing connections with people around the world to celebrate our brands’ legacies and reimagine them for the world today, and into the future. This Trade Marketing Manager position is key to unlocking flawless implementation of trade support, and campaign activations to enable best-in-class consumer experiences in every channel for Moet Hennessy!We are thus looking for an exceptional, seasoned Trade Marketing Manager who is passionate about discovering ways to empower iconic brands and put them in the heart of every celebration via both On and Off-Trade channels. About the Role We are looking for a seasoned Trade Marketing Manager who is passionate about developing and driving impactful strategic initiatives to join us in driving the growth of our iconic brands across various channels within the Thailand market. Responsibility: 1. Interpret brand plans for effective commercial implementationDemonstrate strong understanding of the Brands, Commercial & Trade objectivesPossess deep level of Commercial, Channel, Customer & Outlet understandingAligned Brand Implementation plans with Trade Implementation by Channel, Customer & Outlet.2. Drive Rigorous PlanningMeticulous long-term planning with budget allocation based on the opportunity, for Brand Sales Drivers for Commercial Execution. This would be based on Activity & Point of Sale.Detailed Planning for pending execution – Short term activity & Event planning.Have an active role in the cycle meeting process.Amending plans and commercial budget allocations based on evolving market / customer & competitor dynamics or Brand Strategic changes.3. Good Administration Skills & Behaviors, Insights, Budgeting & ReportingDetailed planning and budget allocation for all brands by activity & by customers.Clear process for measuring and reporting against activity KPI's with detailed feedback, insights sharing & information for future optimization.Monthly & quarterly budget tracking.Apply sound Commercial diligence based on investment.Work collaboratively with Commercial teams in conducting business review with key trade partners.4. Develop Strong Relationships and CommunicationEstablish effective working relationship with Commercial Teams, supporting Cycle Planned activity & aligned execution expectations as per Moet Hennessy standards.Collaborative working, aligning Brand aspirations with Commercial Teams execution capabilities ·Collaborative working & clear communication with partners or stakeholders, Agencies, Suppliers, Promoters, CustomersManage deployment and productivity of promoters assigned in key partner accounts / outlets5. Manage Implementation, Procurement, and maintenance of POSM, Promo Material & Event SupportEvaluate & utilize reliable suppliers that are cost effective and meet our execution standards.Manage use of Brand Point of Sale material & Assets ensuring detailed execution standards are achieved.Ensure Events promoters & customers deliver the agreed consumer experiences and are aligned to the highest standards set by Brand & Brand standards.Prepare post-mortem analyses of all key programs implemented in the channel.6. People ManagementManage and develop direct reports Trade Marketing Manager, On-trade, graphic designer (interim) and TM Manager / Assistant (interim).Drive engagement of the team to deliver high performance.Manage the development and career plans of direct reports.About You Passion for celebration, with strong commercial acumen;Demonstrated ability to develop data-driven Trade Marketing plans focusing on right distribution and brand building to achieve growth in Sales volume;At least 8 years of experience in Trade Marketing or Brand Management positions, preferably within the FMCG industry;Proven track record of strong team player capabilities, with experience/high potential in driving team management;Able to communicate, read and write fluently in both Business English and Business Thai to connect with both internal and external stakeholders & partners;Strong stakeholder management and influencing capabilities;In-depth knowledge and familiarisation of Microsoft Office tools;Proactive problem-solver, ideally with experience working in matrixed organisations/with global teams;Applicants with Wine & Spirits or Luxury Goods background will be highly regarded;On-Premise experience is highly preferred.Diversity Statement Celebrating our inclusive and diverse culture is core to Diageo’s purpose of “celebrating life every day everywhere”.
