Role:


 


The Account Manager plays a critical role in maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring the success of their campaigns, and identifying opportunities for growth. Specifically, this entails:


 



  • Acting as the key point of contact for assigned accounts to foster satisfaction and retention.

  • Managing campaigns, monitoring performance, and ensuring alignment with client objectives.

  • Creating and communicating strategic updates and performance insights to build trust and demonstrate value.


 


This role demands a mastery level of account management, communication, campaign execution, and data-driven decision-making. To be successful, you must possess strong interpersonal skills, a detail-oriented mindset, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:


 


External Responsibilities:



  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring clear communication and high levels of client satisfaction.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to foster trust and loyalty.

  • Provide clients with regular updates on campaign activities, performance, and strategic plans through meetings, calls, and reports.

  • Lead client-facing meetings, including monthly updates, campaign reviews, and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).

  • Identify and propose upsell opportunities to grow client portfolios and drive additional value.


 


Internal Responsibilities:



  • Manage and oversee the performance of client campaigns, ensuring they meet or exceed expectations and KPIs.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of campaign activities.

  • Monitor account health and resolve any potential issues proactively.

  • Create and deliver performance analysis reports, identifying trends, best practices, and opportunities for optimization.

  • Collaborate with team members to share knowledge, train new hires, and contribute to process improvements.

  • Ensure adherence to Primal’s processes, including 14-day calls, monthly reporting, and maintaining SENTR hygiene.


 


Results:



  • Maintain a retention rate of 92% or higher for managed accounts.

  • Ensure a healthy and diverse portfolio, driving steady revenue streams through effective account management.

  • Identify and secure upsell opportunities to expand client portfolios.

  • Consistently meet process and documentation standards, including timely reporting, regular client check-ins, and accurate updates.



Requirements:



  • Proven expertise in account management, ideally within the digital marketing or advertising sector.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused approach.

  • Solid analytical abilities to evaluate campaign performance and make informed recommendations.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering excellence.
