Business Tester (Thailand)

We are seeking a skilled Business Tester to join our fast-expanding team. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of financial services. As Business Tester role, you will work closely with stakeholders, including product owners, project managers, designers and developers to ensure successful delivery of high quality products. You will be responsible for analysing and capturing business functionality into test coverage, identifying risks and opportunities, and recommending solutions within an agile framework.

Responsibilities
• Work alongside with Product Owner and/or Business Analyst to define test cases focus on business use case
• Responsible for the design, development, and execution of software tests that verify the software meets business or product specifications.
• Estimate, plan, prioritize and coordinate testing activities
• Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test script
• Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs
• Able to review automated test script and advise automate test writer on the scenarios that should be covered by automate test script as part of regression testing.

Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field • 3 + years work experience as a software quality assurance officer or a similar role in financial services field • Strong knowledge of financial services. • Experience in Transfer Agency is an advantage • Proven work experience in software development • Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases • Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing • Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting • Experience with performance and/or security testing will be preferred • Experience in agile/scrum development process • Experience in working with multi-national scrum team • ISTQB Testing related qualifications is an advantage
