Manage and organize the Service Manager activities and professional work Act as first point of contact, dealing with correspondence and phone call Coordinate with other related parties such as other department and customers Research about product and customer. Support the development of Service department Prepare formal document , presentation or report as assigned Maintain the manager’s agenda and assisting in planning appointment, meeting, conference etc. Coordinate with internal and external organization to create mutual understanding in operations Perform other special jobs as assigned by manager
Qualifications 3rd – 4th year student in any field of study Moderate of both written and spoken English Good computer skills and standard software (Words, Excel, Power Point, etc.) Open minded to work with foreigner Communication skill Eager to learn and proactive
