Job Description - Education Services Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for any after-sales services in schools and branches such as coordinate, organize activity in school, meeting School administrators or Parents' Association to maintain relationship.
  • Coordinate between internal teams in order to get the job done.
  • Collect data as resources to create summary reports for schools.
  • Follow up and support Top Spenders (VIP customers).
  • Handle new given tasks with a can-do attitude.


Qualifications:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Having experience in customer service roles.
  • Good command of English.
  • Enthusiastic, open-minded with a strong commitment to customer service (essential)
  • Able to work off-site locations or upcountry
  • Ability to work in weekend sometimes (2-3 times per month)
  • New Graduate are welcome
