HR Business Partner

 A leading manufacturer of composite products, located in Chonburi is looking for a HR Business Partner (x1 vacancy).
 
  About the HR Business Partner Role: 
 
 In this business critical role you will be responsible for defining the broad people development strategy, delivering the highest HR quality service/suggestion to support the business.
 
 The salary range for this role is THB 100K to 160K per month + provident fund + fixed/variable bonus.
 
  Key Responsibilities:  
  
 Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance
 
 Analyse trends and metrics with the HR department
 
 Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances
 
 Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
 
 Provide HR policy guidance
 
 Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning
 
 Identify training needs for teams and individuals
 
 Evaluate training programs
 
 Suggest new HR strategies
  
 To succeed in this role, you must have excellent people management skills.

 Open for Thai only
 
 Proven work experience as an HR business partner
 
 Analytical and goal oriented
 
 Demonstrable experience with HR metrics
 
 Thorough knowledge of labour legislation
 
 Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices
 
 Bachelor's/ Master degree in human resources or related field
