Job Description - Key Account Manager - E-Commerce

For this position, applicants are required to complete an Assignment Test to present during the interview.


Job Responsibilities



  • Support and assist the E-Commerce Director in planning and implementing online sales strategies and managing the budget to meet the company’s objectives.

  • Oversee and manage the team to handle various E-Commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Facebook, including the company website and partner channels on different online platforms.

  • Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and market trends to identify opportunities for sales growth and plan promotions, as well as compile post-campaign reports.

  • Check the updates of prices, product details, images, and descriptions on the platforms to ensure accuracy and alignment with marketing policies.

  • Manage and oversee discount campaigns, coupons, and promotions on each platform.

  • Verify the accuracy of order information and ensure smooth processing.

  • Coordinate with the marketing team, graphic design team, and other related departments to create campaigns and content for online channels.

  • Monitor and improve the customer experience on online platforms, including handling customer reviews and questions to enhance satisfaction and service quality.

  • Control stock inventory and manage orders efficiently and smoothly.

  • Analyze the results of online campaigns and create reports to present to management.

  • Plan and manage advertising budgets (Advertising Budget) on various channels such as Shopee Ads, Lazada Ads, TikTok Ads, and Facebook Ads.

  • Research and keep up with E-Commerce trends and new technologies to apply them to the business.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Qualifications



  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-Commerce, or related fields.

  • At least 4 years of experience in E-Commerce, especially in managing online platforms like Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and websites.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in team management.

  • Strong data analysis skills and proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics, and platform tools like Seller Center.

  • Good understanding of online sales strategies, promotions, and advertising budget management (Ads Management).

  • Foreign language skills: English.

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with multiple parties.

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Experience in SEO, SEM, or Digital Marketing will be an advantage.

  • Detail-oriented with multitasking skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.

  • Ability to handle work pressure and solve problems efficiently.

  • High discipline and responsibility in work.

  • Flexibility to work with teams at all levels.

  • Observant, eager to learn, and highly motivated for self-development.

  • Open-minded and receptive to feedback and suggestions from others.


Work Location: Rama 9 Headquarters, Soi 53.
