 Our client is a local well-known property business. They are seeking a Marketing Manager for Real Estate (Low Rise) to be assigned to the Marketing Department, based in Ramindhra.
 
  Responsibilities: 
 
 Analyzing the market situation, trend, prices, legal requirement, and other related matters to advise customers and company.
 
 Developing long-term and short-term integrated marketing plan to serve customer development targets within budget.
 
 Being responsible for project strategy plan and executive promotion.
 
  Qualifications: 
 
 Male/Female, aged 28-38 years old.
 
 Good English skills and educational background.
 
 At least 5 years of experience in Marketing from Property (Low rise) business. 
 
 Experienced to take care of 3 projects at the same time.
